Rates vary depending on the period, duration, and apartment. You can simulate your stay through our booking engine to get the exact price, or contact our staff for special requests. Prices start from around €60 per night.
2. Are the rates different between Twins 1, Twins 2, and Milky Way?
Yes. Twins 1 and Twins 2 have similar prices. Milky Way, our flagship apartment accommodating up to 7 guests, is larger and generally priced higher.
3. Are final cleaning costs included?
Final cleaning is a mandatory extra added to the total stay amount. Additional services such as mid-stay cleaning or linen changes are available upon request.
4. Is a deposit or down payment required?
Normally we do not require a deposit. Occasionally, it is listed on booking platforms as a deterrent for guests under 23 years old.
5. Is it better to book directly or through platforms (Booking/Airbnb)?
Booking directly allows faster communication, personalized conditions, and better prices. On third-party platforms, you’ll find the same availability but with standard terms.
6. Can I cancel free of charge?
