We have been hosts now since 2017 with our first Milky Way apartment. We now have 2 other properties, two apartments Twins #1 and #2 for four people respectively. All of which have been completely renovated and available for any season.
Informations
Driving and transports
It’s easy to get to Terracina, both from the north and the south. Transportation is very efficient, but for your maximum comfort we also have a shuttle service from the most common airports (Rome and Naples).
From Roma Fiumicino airport
- With the shuttle train it is necessary to arrive at the Termini station in Rome and then take one of the regional trains that runs the Formia-Naples route and stops at Monte San Biagio – Terracina.
From north
- With the shuttle train it is necessary to arrive at the Termini station in Rome and then take one of the regional trains that runs the Formia-Naples route and stops at Monte San Biagio – Terracina.
From south
- From Naples you can take the Domiziana and then from Formia take the SS Flacca. While for the highway it is necessary to exit at the tollgate of Frosinone and follow the indications for Terracina.
Checkin & Checkout
Check-in is expected after 3.00 pm and check-out by 10.00 am on the scheduled day.
The check-in can be completely autonomous because the guest can upload in his reservation, very simply, the personal data and identity documents. The new apartments all have electronic locks with a code that can be changed remotely, so it is possible to carry out the physical check-in in complete autonomy.
Cancellation policy
Due to the recent pandemic we have increased the flexibility to cancel your reservation. As of today, you can book without any advance payment and you can cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the actual check-in.
House rules
The apartments are located in a condominium structure of 4 apartments in total. It is sufficient to observe the normal rules of civil coexistence regarding the hours of rest day and night. Also for the use of the garden we would be grateful for a use as quiet as possible.
