Booking
How can I check availability?
On the Home page you will find the check bar: enter check-in, check-out, adults and children. The search opens in the external booking system with the same details already filled in, where you can see availability, rates and complete the booking. If you would rather have a hand, write to us on WhatsApp or call.
Can I book directly?
Yes. Quiet Home is managed directly by the people who know the apartments: you can contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, with no intermediaries.
How is the tourist tax paid?
When applicable, tourist tax is separate from the accommodation price and is normally not included in amounts already collected through Stripe or booking platforms. We usually collect it in cash during your stay, at check-in or check-out, applying any exemptions under the current regulations of the Municipality of Terracina.
Apartments
Where are the apartments?
The address is Via Generale Armando Diaz 7, 04019 Terracina (LT): town centre, in a quiet area.
Are the apartments in the same building or the same area?
The three units are in the same quiet corner of central Terracina. Twins 1 and Twins 2 are two independent apartments that share the garden; Milky Way is a unit of its own, over two levels, with a private balcony. Guests, indoor space and outdoor space differ from unit to unit: each apartment page lists the real figures.
Which apartment suits two people best?
Twins 1 is particularly suited to two people: 4 guests · 45 m², on the ground floor, with one double bedroom and one bathroom. The extra single beds (2 beds in the living room) are in the living room, not in a second bedroom.
Which option suits larger groups?
Milky Way hosts up to 7 people, over 136 m² on two levels, with 3 bedrooms · 2 bathrooms and 1 bed on the upper landing. Twins 1 and Twins 2 together accommodate up to 8 guests; adding Milky Way brings the three independent apartments to 15 guests in total. All combinations depend on the apartments being available for the same dates.
Are Twins 1 and Twins 2 on the ground floor?
Twins 1 and Twins 2 are on the ground floor, a convenient option for families with children, pushchairs and anyone who prefers to avoid stairs. There are thresholds or steps; contact us before booking if you have specific requirements.
Location
Which part of Terracina is Quiet Home in?
Quiet Home is in the centre of Terracina, in a quiet area: services, the sea and city life are all easy to reach. You walk out towards the centre and come back to a quiet street.
Parking
Is there private parking?
Quiet Home has no private parking. There is public parking nearby; finding a space can take longer in high season. You can unload your luggage first and then look for parking, following local signs.
Can I buy a parking pass?
The Municipality of Terracina directs visitors to ParkForFun for parking passes, which are also available to non-residents and tourists. You can check conditions and buy passes through the service linked on the municipal website. Current prices and conditions are listed by the service.
Check-in
How does self check-in work?
You enter using an electronic lock and a personal code. You do not need an appointment to collect keys. If you have any difficulty, you can contact us for help.
What time can I check in?
Check-in is from 15:00.
When will I receive the instructions and access code?
We normally send the instructions and personal code by both WhatsApp and email at 15:00 on the day before check-in. For last-minute bookings, we send them as soon as possible after confirmation.
Can I enter before 15:00?
If cleaning finishes early, you may be able to enter before 15:00. Contact us to check: early check-in is not guaranteed.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
We can normally look after your luggage if you arrive early and the apartment is not ready. Contact us to arrange the details.
Check-out
What time do I need to check out?
Check-out is by 10:00. Late check-out is only possible when the booking schedule allows it: contact us to check.
Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
We can normally look after your luggage after check-out if you want a few more hours at the beach or in town. Contact us to arrange the details.
Children
Is a cot available?
In Milky Way, we provide a free cot for children up to 3 years old, in the double bedroom on the upper level. In the Twins, we can provide a cot on request.
Are children welcome?
Yes. The apartments welcome families, and the check bar on the Home page has a field dedicated to children.
How are children counted in the search?
Children are counted from 0 to 11 years; from 12 years old they count as adults. The check keeps two separate fields, adults and children.
Facilities and support
Does Milky Way have access to the garden?
No. Milky Way has a private balcony and no access to the shared garden of the Twins.
Is the garden shared?
Yes: the garden is shared by Twins 1 and Twins 2, the ground-floor apartments. It is not for the exclusive use of a single unit and it is not part of Milky Way.
How can I get support?
Write to us on WhatsApp or call +39 379 274 6665: the property answers directly, not a call centre. The same contact stays available during your stay.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are generally not allowed in the apartments. We may consider exceptions, particularly for small pets. Please contact us before booking and tell us the type and size of your pet.
Are bed linen and towels included?
The initial set of bed linen and towels is included. For longer stays, additional changes are available under the arrangements communicated for your stay.
Twins 1 + Twins 2
Can Twins 1 and Twins 2 be booked together?
Yes. They are two independent apartments and can be booked together when both are available: up to 8 guests, 90 m² in total, 2 double bedrooms, 4 single beds in the two living rooms and 2 bathrooms. Their simultaneous availability always has to be checked.
